a journey of self love
Laced by Lucid began during a time when I was learning how to make space for myself in the middle of real life and choosing myself intentionally.
At that time, I was balancing a full-time job and motherhood, trying to find moments just for me. What started as simple baths to unwind became a daily ritual—a way to slow down, reconnect, and nourish both my body and mind.
This ritual was rooted in childhood memories. As a child growing up with eczema, my grandmother used to prepare oatmeal baths for me whenever I needed comfort. As an adult, I recreated that care by crafting soothing soaks infused with herbs, oils, candlelight, and by whipping my own body butter, simple acts that transformed how I showed up for myself. Over time, this deepened my love for stillness and self-care, and the joy of creating something meaningful.
The love I developed for those moments, the warmth, the scent, the way my skin felt, sparked what would eventually become Laced by Lucid. I created Laced by Lucid to honor not only my own journey but to hold space for all women seeking to reclaim softness and strength in their everyday lives.
This collection is an invitation to slow down, set intention, and honor yourself.
These products are more than skincare—they’re an offering. A way to reclaim softness, create space for rest, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that get overlooked when life is full. I made them for women like me, who are doing so much and deserve to feel nourished in return.
