Please triple check shipping addresses, in the event a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order to the correct address.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our whipped body butters do not contain any water, preservatives, thickeners or emulsifiers. Therefore, the shelf life of our body butters are 8-12 months, if stored in cool temperatures and low light areas.

During warmer weather conditions, our whipped body butters may potentially arrive softer than normal, this will not affect the quality or effectiveness of our product. Please store in a cool place or refrigerate for 5-10 minutes and it will solidify back to it’s original consistency and is still safe for use.

Our body polishes also do not contain any water, preservatives or thickeners. The shelf life of these products are 6 months from the date of purchase. Always ensure the lid is screwed tightly without allowing any water to get inside. All of our exfoliants come with a biodegradable wooden spoon to prevent contamination and should be used as the best way to ensure your products last and remain fresh.

Bath bombs if kept in a cool, dry place have a 6 month shelf life before they begin to absorb outside moisture and soften. They can still be used and will not lose their fragrance.

Can I add products to my order once it’s been submitted?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add items to an order once it’s been completed.

Which shipping company are orders shipped through?

We ship domestically via USPS 2-3 day priority mail shipping. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

What is the processing time on orders?

Most items are made to order or are created in small batches, with that in mind please allow 7-10 business days for full completion of your order (excluding weekends or holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order has shipped. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier we have no control over it’s whereabouts.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, at this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. However, if you have received something that is damaged, please send your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery to laced@lucidlovebeauty.com

Under select circumstances, we may accept minor changes (i.e changes in scent) to orders that are requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

What do I do if a product is sold out?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have specific restock dates, but you are always welcome to sign up for restock notifications on our website

Please include the company name, owner’s name, contact info, all social media handles and a brief description of your brand. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
